Le cadre d\u2019adaptation comprend les \u00e9tapes suivantes : mobiliser les intervenants; d\u00e9finir le probl\u00e8me; \u00e9valuer les risques et les possibilit\u00e9s; cerner, \u00e9valuer et mettre en \u0153uvre les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation; surveiller et \u00e9valuer les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation. Dans ce cas, la d\u00e9finition du probl\u00e8me exige la collecte de donn\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence sur le tourisme li\u00e9 aux bateaux de croisi\u00e8re dans l\u2019Arctique. Au cours du processus du cycle Delphi 1a, on \u00e9value la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 et on d\u00e9finit strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation pour l\u2019industrie et les collectivit\u00e9s. Au cours du cycle Delphi 1b, on \u00e9value les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation dans le cadre d\u2019ateliers r\u00e9gionaux. Au cours du cycle Delphi 2, les experts \u00e9valuent les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019adaptation \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une analyse multicrit\u00e8res pour \u00e9valuer la faisabilit\u00e9 et \u00e9tablir l\u2019ordre de priorit\u00e9 des strat\u00e9gies. Les r\u00e9sultats sont ensuite analys\u00e9s, et les possibilit\u00e9s et limites sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9es. Les conclusions sont ensuite communiqu\u00e9es aux intervenants.
